An important aspect of our work is to teach people safe and efficient ways to use bushcraft equipment. Our staff hold qualifications in health and safety, food hygiene and first aid. We have a large pool of equipment that can be loaned out to people attending our courses if required.
A vital piece of equipment that we regularly use is our 16 man tipi.
We use this as a portable classroom and at events, we can do this all year round by using the reindeer pelts to sit on and the wood burning stove to keep us warm, even in the winter.
The tipi makes for a unique learning environment and one which people of all ages will remember for many years to come. The tipi is always a highlight of activities including team meetings and social gatherings.
